As we grow older, we continue to experience new chapters in life and make more lasting memories. Changes to our physical abilities and overall well-being can feel limiting as we may not be able to do things “the same way we used to.” Amidst this, we can still do fulfilling things but we have to evolve our thoughts and approaches, to account for change and enable continued enjoyment.
The Golden Years Plan is dedicated to helping the 60-year-old and older population, and others in supporting longevity:
In maintaining mobility;
In continuing enjoying activities that bring happiness;
In sustaining or increasing abilities in the physical and mental realms;
